If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new $50 deposit will need to be paid in order to do so.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours notice.
Please do not come to your appointment sick. We would rather reschedule you when you’re feeling better. If we get sick and have to take time from work, that is money out of our pocket. Please respect that and stay home if you’re germy!
No call/no shows result in loss of your deposit, you will need to pay another to reschedule the appointment missed.
We understand that things come up. We try to be as understanding and as flexible as possible and just ask the same in return!

We reserve the right to refuse any design idea we feel doesn’t fit our style/portfolio.
Consultations are available upon request or for larger projects— I will let you know if your tattoo would require a consultation. It will be scheduled for a week before your appointment to allow design time.
If your design does not require a consultation, the design stencil (Linework only, no shading) will be sent to you the night before your appointment or morning of. We will not send the design shaded or early.
There is always time to make any desired changes before the tattooing begins.

All deposits at Saturn Tattoo are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Regular appointments (those that take less than 4 hours) require a $50 deposit to book.
If your appointment is a longer session/larger project that will take more than 4 hours, we require a $100 deposit to book.
We cannot add you to our books until the deposit is received, no exceptions.
Deposits can be sent via Venmo or PayPal. The shop is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12-5 if you prefer to pay in cash.

We charge by an hourly rate of $150 per hour. There is a $60 shop minimum for all tattoos.
Cash is preferred on the day of your tattoo.
We do accept Venmo, Paypal and Card but they require an additional 3% fee.
